Matilda Script / Rental Materials Release

Script Materials are provided by MTI (Music Theatre International)

The Center for the Arts of Homers' Contract with MTI for MATILDA 2026 requires us to return all materials...

• All at once
• with no permanent markings 
• in as good condition as they were recieved
• Promptly upon conclusion of performances

MTI will charge the Center rental extension fees for late or incomplete returns, additional shipping charges for returns processed in multiple shipments, and replacement fees for any damaged or unreturned items.

In order to ensure prompt return of well-cared-for materials, pick up and drop off of materials will be handled through the Center for the Arts box office, monday-friday, 10am-4pm.

The Center may charge up to $40 to indeviduals who are issued MATILDA Materials and fail to return them no later than JULY 19, while maintaining the standards outlined above.

UPON SIGNING BELOW

I acknowledge that i have read and understand the requirements for recieveing and returning my MATILDA materials. I will return the materials issued to me, in as good condition as i received them, with no permanent markings, no later than final performance date of MATILDA on July 19. 

I understand that I may be charged a fee of up to $40 if the materials issued to me are not returned, or returned in poor condition.
