The Center for the Arts ensures an ideal and comfortable setting for your event, but it’s really everything beyond the rooms themselves that makes an event at the Center for the Arts unique and unforgettable.
Located on historic Main Street in Homer, New York, rentals are available on an hourly or block basis.
The Center includes banquet and meeting facilities, as well as a perfect ceremony sites, as well as small meeting and conference rooms.

The William and Ruth Whiting Theater
Located in a beautiful church building which served for over 110+ years as the First Baptist Church of Homer, the theater seats 400 people and includes a stage, sound and lighting system, theater style seating, and original stained glass windows and wood trim.
The Karen L. Sager Community Room
The “banquet hall” at the Center offers table seating for over 150 people, a dance floor, catering kitchen, and a bar. Break out rooms are also available. Tables and chairs are included in the cost of rental.
Dishware, silverware, and linens are available for an additional fee.

Green Room/Bridal Room
A perfectly private space to prepare for your special ceremony or event. Our green room includes a private bathroom, dressing room, and outdoor patio.
Meeting Rooms/Classrooms
We have various rooms that are perfect for meetings, training sessions, workshops and classes of all sizes.
Technical Information
Facilities are equipped with wireless internet access, HD projector, lighting and sound capabilities, and a commercial kitchen. We are also happy to help with any other needs that you require to make your event successful and memorable.
