The "Fountain House" is located on Main Street at the southern end of the Center's property, and connects to the rest of the facility via a causeway leading to and from the Karen Sager Community Room.
This house was sold and moved to the church grounds by Reverend Fountain (the longest serving pastor of the First Baptist Church of Homer) in 1896 (which dates back before an early 1854 village map). Originally serving as the "church offices," and eventually the Center for the Arts offices - the Fountain House now provides multiple spaces as a small business incubator offering reduced rent prices to start up and small local businesses, artists and creators.
Serving as a catalyst tool for local and regional economic development, the Fountain House as a business incubator has helped to develop and grow a number of local businesses, entrepreneurial efforts, and start up companies.

Capturing memories for others is something I truly value. I get to meet all kinds of amazing people, I get to spend some of their most precious moments with them, and I even get lifelong friends and clients throughout the process.
