About the Chef

Hello! My name is Chef Marion Ferrer. I graduated from Johnson and Wales University and I have been fortunate that my career as a Chef has taken me to both the East and West coast, Hawaii, and Seattle, perfecting my craft of edible art using pastry, frosting, and chocolate, as my creative medium. This past year I have decided to pivot my business of pastry into one of teaching others all I have learned in my 35+ years as a Pastry Chef. Teaching comes naturally to me because I am inquisitive and patient by nature. I enjoy answering any question, and helping others to find joy in all manners of culinary expression. My goal is that you have fun, relax, learn, and leave my classes with a sense of both pride for what you created, and shock that you created it.
