COOKING WITH PHEEBS
My name is Phebe Falso, and I’m from a really small
town in North Carolina. My mother was a 1st grade
teacher and my father was an EMT/fireman. I grew up
the youngest of 6 kids on our family farm where we
had the usual animals and garden to support us the
best we could. I developed a passion for culinary arts
by learning from the best, my mom. I picked from the
garden, and I helped my father with our livestock
everyday. I learned how to be simple, and to use what
your given while still bringing amazing flavor to the
table. I also developed a strong passion for sharing
my knowledge and my experiences with others in
which I’ve done for the past 20 years. My classes will
include things like kitchen basics for beginners,
shopping and cooking from farmer markets, budget
friendly meals, gluten free, simple desserts, and more.
Whether you’re a beginner, or experienced in the
kitchen I know you’ll enjoy every learning moment
with me. Cooking should be fun not stressful, and
eating healthier shouldn’t cost more.
